Pam Weinberger, PA-C | Jeune Aesthetics | Miami, FL
For years, Pam Weinberger, PA-C, built her reputation around one thing: trust.
As an injector, educator, and clinical professor, she became known for being exceptionally honest with patients, even if that meant turning people away from treatments that weren’t the right fit. That approach helped her build a loyal patient following in New York before relocating to Miami in 2021 to later launch Jeune Aesthetics in December of 2024.
“I think education is a huge part of patient retention and building trust,” Pam says. “Patients know I’m going to be honest with them.”
That philosophy is also what kept her focus on what she knew, at least until she encountered the XERF treatment.
“I’m almost entirely injectables,” she explains. “XERF is the first energy-based device I’ve ever purchased.”

Why the XERF Treatment Stood Out
Pam had explored other technologies before, but nothing aligned with the patient experience she wanted to create.
“Injectables are popular because there’s little to no downtime,” she says. “That’s huge for my patients. I want them to leave their treatment and go out to dinner afterward.”
Like many aesthetic providers, she had concerns about discomfort, recovery time, and whether results would truly justify the investment.
“I’ve always stayed on top of new technology, but honestly, I was underwhelmed by most devices,” she says. “If something hurts really badly, I don’t want to offer it. Patient experience matters to me.”
What immediately caught her attention about XERF was the combination of comfort, convenience, and visible results.
“There’s no excessive numbing, no significant downtime, and patients can see improvement quickly,” she says. “That combination is incredibly desirable.”
A Decision Backed by Research
Before bringing the XERF platform into her practice, Pam did extensive independent research.
She followed providers in Korea who were having success with the device, reviewed clinical outcomes, and spoke directly with practices already treating patients.
“I researched everything myself,” she says. “I wanted to see real results and understand long-term outcomes before making a decision.”
The more she learned, the more confident she became that XERF aligned with both her standards and her patient population.
“We had the meeting and I purchased almost immediately.”
The Launch That Generated $86K in 24 Hours
Pam’s launch strategy proved just as impactful as the technology itself.
To introduce XERF, her practice hosted an upscale launch event called “XERF & Turf,” designed to educate patients while creating excitement around the treatment.
The response exceeded expectations. Within 24 hours, the practice generated $86,000 in XERF treatment sales.

“We had around 70 RSVPs and about 40 people attended,” she says. “About a third of attendees purchased a treatment series.”
Patients who couldn’t attend were still able to secure appointments following the event, creating momentum that continued beyond launch night.
“I was super impressed,” Pam says. “Even my goals were exceeded.”
The Importance of Positioning
One detail Pam believes made a significant difference was how the treatment was presented.
“I positioned it as a series, not a package,” she explains. “Wording matters.”
That subtle shift helped patients view XERF as a comprehensive treatment plan rather than a one-time promotional service.
Combined with strong patient trust and visible treatment benefits, the positioning created immediate buy-in.
Why Patients Responded So Quickly
Pam believes her success with XERF ultimately comes back to credibility.
“My brand has always been built on honesty,” she says. “Patients know if I bring something into my practice, I genuinely believe in it.”
That trust made patients far more willing to move forward quickly.
“True success is doing right by your patients,” she says. “And for the majority of my patients, XERF has been a great fit.”

Advice for Other Providers Launching XERF
For providers considering adding XERF, Pam emphasizes a few key strategies:
Prioritize Patient Experience
Treatments that are comfortable and require little downtime are easier for patients to commit to and recommend.
Educate Before You Sell
Patients respond best when they understand both the immediate and long-term benefits.
Focus on Positioning
Presenting XERF as a treatment series reinforces value and improves patient commitment.
Create Excitement Around Launch
A curated event experience can accelerate bookings, generate referrals, and create immediate ROI.
Invest in Social Proof
Before-and-after content, patient education, and social media visibility all contribute to long-term growth.
For Pam, XERF was the first energy-based device she felt confident bringing into her practice because it matched the standards she’s built her reputation on: visible results, patient comfort, and minimal downtime.
And based on the response from her patients, the investment paid off quickly.
