The Mosaic 3D integrated cooling system enables providers to safely and effectively address sensitive treatment areas around the eyes and mouth. Integrated air-cooling flows through the handpiece and onto the unique cold-compression sapphire tips, which cool and compress the skin. This synergy is designed to reduce pain, erythema, and edema, and to enhance treatment efficacy, safety, and comfort.
3D Controlled Chaos Technology (3D CCT) adds a new dimension to our patented 2D CCT scanning. By optimizing the distribution and depth of multi-depth microbeams, 3D CCT helps reduce the risk of bulk thermal heating, allowing for an increase in treatment coagulation volume per stamp, without sacrificing safety.

Yes, numbing cream is required for most treatments. Typical Mosaic face treatments can range from 20-35 minutes.
Patients describe the Mosaic treatment as tolerable and often score it 3 or 4 out of 10 as the integrated cold air flow helps to maintain comfort. The recovery time is usually 2-5 days when some swelling and mild redness can occur for up to 48 hours, then a few more days of dry skin from the fractional treatment as the skin surface renewal process begins.
Usually a series of 2-4 treatments are recommended based on your skin concerns and condition – you and your provider will determine the best plan to address your skin revitalization needs.
