Dr. David Hajek & Dr. Daniel Kreichman

Dr. David Hajek is a graduate of the University of Minnesota medical school. He completed his surgical residency at the University of Toronto, specializing in urology. He completed fellowship training in reconstructive urology at the University of Toronto, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. He is a staff urologist at the North York General Hospital and is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons. His surgical practice focuses on the treatment of urologic cancers and reconstructive urology, including surgical correction of urinary incontinence, vesico- and urethro-vaginal fistulae, and urethral diverticula.

Dr. Daniel Kreichman is a consultant Obstetrician and Urogynecologist at the North York General Hospital. He completed medical school at the University of Toronto, while he subsequently completed a five-year residency program at the same university.

He underwent two years of further training in Urogynecology and Advanced Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery. During this training, and in his subsequent years in practice, Dr. Kreichman assessed and managed conditions such as pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, and overactive bladder. He has seen hundreds of patients with these conditions, as well as other complications and side effects of menopause, including genitourinary syndrome of menopause, also known as vaginal atrophy.
