 The IAM | Inclusive Aesthetic Medicine Grant

Provides physicians, nurses, aestheticians, and entrepreneurs within the BIPOC community the opportunity to advance their business aspirations by awarding monetary support and providing a genuine business elevating partnership.

This grant centers around social responsibility by creating equity and access to enter the aesthetics market. This is a step to further cement Cynosure Lutronic’s strong commitment to inclusivity and also allows us to help develop the future KOL’s within this thriving and rapidly growing segment of the aesthetics market.

The IAM grant will help to:

• Help to grant access and equity within the aesthetics space for the BIPOC community
• Bring together a community of future aesthetic partners
• Bring a higher level of inclusion to the aesthetics industry
• Create opportunities to highlight the efficacy of our products and protocols on melanin-rich skin

What you need to apply:

Applicants will submit a detailed business plan including:

• Planned use of IAM Grant Funds with detailed budget
• Your motivation for applying for the IAM grant
• The story behind your business including successes and challenges
• What receiving these funds would mean to your business and team
• Community leader recommendation letter

A committee of industry professionals will then select an IAM grant recipient. Applications are accepted annually from March 1st until December 15th. Winners will be announced and notified by February 1st of the following year.
