Dr. Dianne Quibell, MD is a Board-Certified Internist, World Renowned Cosmetic Laser Surgeon, and Aesthetic Physician. She is the Vice President of the American Board of Laser Surgery (since 2008) and Fellow of The American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Quibell has lectured nationally and internationally since 2001 and is also Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. She has privately trained over 500 clinicians in aesthetic laser procedures, BOTOX®, fillers, and laser assisted lipolysis. She teaches over 25 courses a year in the same fields. Dr. Quibell is originally from New York, but she has demonstrated her loyalty to Boston by becoming a Red Sox fan! Jessica Shepherd MD, MBA, FACOG, is a board certified OB/GYN and the Chief Medical Officer for Verywell Health. She is the founder and CEO of Sanctum Med + Wellness, a wellness concierge practice that focuses on aesthetics in GYN as well as sexual and menopausal health. Dr. Shepherd is affiliated with Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Shepherd attended medical school at Ross University and completed her residency at Drexel University-Hahnemann Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She went on to complete a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Fellowship at the University of Louisville, where she also earned her MBA. She also served as the Director of Minimally Invasive Gynecology at the University of Illinois for six years.

Dr. Deanne Mraz Robinson is a fellow trained board certified dermatologist and President and co-founder of Modern Dermatology of CT. Shereceived her BAS and MD from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and then went on to complete her dermatology residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital and completed a fellowship in cosmetic and laser surgery at SkinCare Physicians in Chestnut Hill, MA. Along with her distinguished experience in dermatology, Dr. Mraz Robinson remains active in academia and clinical research. She continues to serve as Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at Yale University of Medicine in New Haven as well as on the advisory board of leading Aesthetic brands. Dr. Mraz Robinson is an invited lecturer at national and international conferences (5CC, ICAMS, AAD, ASDS, ASLMS). She is also a popular resource to writers at publications including Allure, Glamour, Esquire, New Beauty, Vogue, Byrdie, Women’s Health and as a “Beauty Guru” for the blog, Beauty in the Bag. Dermatologist Dr. Eliot Battle is the cofounder and medical director at Cultura Dermatology, and has also launched a new division, Cultura Plastic Surgery. Nick Tvrdik is the Owner and Director of Business Development, Marketing and Wellness at Aria Integrative Health and Lohi Lipo Laser. He holds a B.S. degree in Business and Marketing, and is an aesthetic medical device expert. Nick’s education, along with his passion for health and wellness, ultimately enabled him to build and run one of the most diverse and successful body sculpting clinics in the country.

Joshua Smith joined Cynosure in May 2015 after a successful career managing and marketing aesthetic practices in the Los Angeles, Orange County and Portland, OR areas. Joshua brings a large amount of insight and expertise to his practices that are looking to grow their businesses and he specializes in staff engagement, branding, and in office marketing techniques to help increase sales and awareness in this highly competitive aesthetics space.
