In this segment you’ll be introduced to Samantha, a 30 year old mother of 2 from Palm Springs, CA. Around age 4 Samantha’s freckles began showing, they started on her chest and then moved up her face. Throughout the years she has noticed more and more of them; however they have only affected half her body. Her clinical diagnosis is segmental speckled lentiginous nevus. Because of this condition, she was often mocked as a child, which got worse during high school. With her young children increasingly noticing her embarrassing asymmetric pigmentation, she had to take action.
